Another trip down #Panerai memory lane. Here is the vintage ref.3646 type D with blue hands from around the 1940's. It features a Rolex Cal. 618/Type 1 movement and you can see the engraving on the inside of the case back. Apparently this particular one was missing the minutes hand.
