Happy Easter! Smoker is Lit! I know it's hard to tell under all that Smokehouse Bacon, but there is a Organic whole chicken in there. Rubbed down with virgin olive oil, Pendery's Dad's Oven Smoked BBQ seasoning and a little Pendery's Texas Red Dog for some Pop! (Sorry Kids) My Ol' Hickory Pits smoker is set at 250° and using some Oak cut from my property.. See you in about about 4 or 5 hours #jessejames #madeintexas
