Patisserie #SadaharuAoki Paris is amazing ? This citron mouse thing was like piece of art. Complicate mix of mouse and layers sponge soaked in citron inside and macaron base and some delicate touch of chocolate biscuit and nuts. Genius Japanese patisserie! Wish I could buy it in London too. Must try in Paris ?
