Do you know #skyr ? Originated from Iceland, it is a healthy food that is very much like yoghurt but less fat and rich in protein. I like #skyr_norge mango and pineapple flavor, here I mixed with fresh kiwi and pineapples and put it in the glass, topped with homemade #blueberry jam and #pecan nuts.
