One of my new year resolution is to be try to be healthier! Tough one since I love food ??? Plus I'm not that sort that skips meals, I prefer to eat in moderation and enjoy good food.
So am trying out @tinyteatox 14Day TEAtox, an organic tea blend of oolong, sicklepod senna seeds, lotus leaf and hawthorn berries.
