Serge Lutens, one of the most influential artists of our time almost didn't get his first major gig at Dior because he was dressed "wrong", not because of his skill. Francoise Morechand believed in him and saw past the beatnik and she herself told me the story of how it all went down. Thanks to that, he went on to #Shiseido and made incredible ads.
