Hey guys, I wanted to share with you guys some fitness tips. I added the "Waist Training" program to my diet & gym routine 3 months ago & I can honestly say it has done wonders. I have lost 3-5 inches of my waist using the Waist clincher.
WHAT IS WAIST TRAINING ?

Waist training is a gradual process of waist reduction using a latex waist clincher or corset, also known as, waist clinching. If you are overweight & want to lose fat, you MUST diet & go to the gym. Otherwise, the corsets/waist trainers will just move the extra body fat of your midsection around. The extra body fat is either shuffled upward toward your bust, or downward toward your waistline. Ladies, I encourage ALL of you to add the "waist training" program to your daily routine. I use mine 8 hours a day (NOW) at the Gym, office & I sleep with it. But when I started using it I could barely breathe & will only use it to go to the gym & at home until I got used to it. Don't get discouraged I almost stopped a couple times, lol. But I guarantee you will get use to it!!. Start wearing it to the gym & couple hours a day & increase the use. (( I use the Latex Girdle for the gym))
