What does the 90's mean to you?

“The 90s meant a lot to me. It was a great place to be. Everyone was expressing themselves in different ways. Growing up in the 90s myself, I was never confined to where I lived (the Bronx) but always went downtown to see different people. Seeing people dress how they wanted to dress and be what they wanted to be was a big thing to me. And that free expression keeps on coming back. Nowadays, everyone’s a quote-unquote “artist”.
