Made this dish for Thanksgiving. Seared the pork on a pan, then caramelized the outside with a thin honey glaze. Sprinkled pepper, salt and chilli on the meat, then baked it in the oven with onions, garlic, mushrooms, and a lot of other awesome stuff. Made a garlic stem sauce to go with the dish.
