高橋メアリージュンさんのインスタグラム写真 - (高橋メアリージュンInstagram)「【答えはシンプル】🌅 瞑想クラスで学んだmemo📝 何か満たされてない時、外や相手に愛を求める時は自分から自分への愛が足りていない時。自分で自分への愛を満たして初めて周りに愛を与えることができる🌅 持ってないものは人にあげられない。まずは目を瞑ってゆっくり呼吸しながら自分の体、思考、マインドを見て気づいてあげよう。そしてジャッジせずに受け入れてあげる🌅 「よく頑張ってきた！今、そしてここにいる自分、ありがとう。」と言ってあげよう^ ^(体撫でてあげたり、セルフハグしたり) 私も日によって外からの愛を求めてしまう時がありますが、答えはわかってるので「もやっとする〜！く〜！でも答え分かってるんよね。よし。瞑想しよ！」と切り替えるよう努めてます💃(大変だけど答えはシンプル) 毎日生まれ変わる自分を楽しみたいと思います！今日もみんなありがとう🌅 @suwaru_meditation @nirmal1976 に出会えて、学び多き日々に感謝🙏🍀 最近学んだ　@veda_woman.suwaru のエナジーワークの効果もすごいのですが、文字だけでは説明できないー🥹 When you're not satisfied with something, when you look for love from outside or from someone else, it's when you don't love yourself enough. After you have fulfilled your love for yourself, you can share your love with others🌅 You can't give what you don't have. First, close your eyes, breathe slowly deeply,and look at your body, thoughts, and mind. Accept it without judgement. And say to yourself, "I'm doing great! Thank you for being here."(hug yourself) There are times when I look for love outside or from someone else. But since I know the truth, I try to meditate even though I'm struggling.(It's not easy, but it's simple) I want to enjoy myself being reborn every day.
