🍮 TOKYO'S 80 YEAR OLD PUDDING MASTER 🍮

For more than five decades, Shizuo Mori, now 80, has been waking up at 4am to prepare the famous Crème Caramel (flan-style) puddings he serves at Hekkelun Coffee Shop, his cozy corner café in Tokyo’s Toranomon neighbourhood ~ one of the oldest coffee shops in the city!

He only makes 50 puddings each day, and is famous for his distinctive wrist flicking action 🍮 and freshly brewed coffee ☕, so be prepared to go early! We recommend arriving at least one hour before they open.
