mirror pic cuz it’s been a while ;) 10 months postpartum after baby #2 feeling like HERRRR okay ✨😂 I swear ever since I stopped breastfeeding a few weeks ago my body is slowly understanding the assignment. We’re not in baby making mode anymore, we’re in bad bish mode. Everything is just coming back together nicely and I’m honestly so grateful 🙏🏽 hormones are so real. But some things I’ve been doing differently lately… 1) cut out gluten and dairy, guys the changes I’ve seen are 🤌🏽 2) added the stair stepper to my routine 3) starting taking ehplabs oxyshred before workouts *only a few times a week* which is a fat burner… (use code katya10 to save $) my fav flavor is raspberry kisses and I mix it with bubbly soda water and.. omg. you’re welcome. 4) caloric deficit now that I don’t breastfeed 5) following my @wbkfit programs bc duh! ps- programs are on sale rn for Black Friday 💅🏽 6) being patient with myself and dancing nakey in the mirror for self care purposes!!!!! highly recommend.
