Meat and Cheese Stuffed Potatoes Mochi
Makes 2 servings

INGREDIENTS
400g potatoes (bite-sized pieces)
1 tablespoon potato starch
A
1/8 onion (finely chopped)
50g ground meat
1/4 teaspoon salt
Black pepper, to taste
Pizza cheese, to taste
2 teaspoons salad oil

PREPARATION
1. Boil the potatoes, mash them, and mix in the potato starch
2. In a frying pan, heat 2 teaspoons of salad oil, add the ingredients listed under A, and stir-fry over high heat until cooked. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Combine the mixture from step 1 with the contents of step 2 and pizza cheese, shaping it into a flat round.
4. In a frying pan, heat 1 teaspoon of salad oil, and cook the mixture from step 3 until both sides are browned. Your dish is ready!
