INGREDIENTS 

    •    ½ cup pre-soaked cashews
    •    ½ cup raw walnuts + pecans
    •    1 cup pitted medjool dates, packed - About 10 large dates.
    •    ¼ cup raw cacao powder or regular cocoa powder
    •    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    •    ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    •    ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
    •    1 tablespoon honey, optional

Optional coatings:
    •    hemp hearts
    • coconut flakes
    •    raw cacao powder or cocoa powder
