After passing on Sigma Nu and walking by the "irrelevant Sigma Chis," Mikey Schmidt decided he wanted to be a Kappa Alpha at the College of Charleston. He also wanted to make millions. Now, he is serving a 10-year prison sentence.
In the summer of 2016, Charleston police seized five pounds of marijuana, a pound and a half of cocaine, seven firearms, a Tac-D grenade launcher, $214,000 in cash, and forty-three thousand pills worth $150,000. There were eight suspects in all, three of them KAs at C of C, and that was just the tip of the iceberg.
