There are the runners at the NYC marathon and then there are the spectators. I didn’t run, but I had the best time cheering for everyone I knew who did! Real life friends, online friends and most importantly, the members of our @nyccasa team who raised over $20k to help youth in foster care. They were so successful that CASA NYC is going to get more slots next year, so if you have dreams of running, hopefully I’ll have more spots to give away to Mommy Shorts followers in 2024! Speaking of followers, I asked yesterday for anyone running to DM me their race numbers and then I put them into my tracking app. Today, my friends and I had so much fun looking for your numbers (since we had no idea what anyone looked like) and screaming your names if we spotted you. Best marathon game ever! Congrats to everyone who ran and finished!
