CRAFT WORK Designing Dahlia, the intimate cocktail bar at the @downtownlaproper, our goal was to establish a unique, warm and inviting ambiance. To achieve this, we incorporated large silk-covered pendants, effectively visually lowering the ceiling. In the narrow space at the far end of the interior, we transformed it into a captivating feature wall, highlighted by a custom artist cabinet for added sculptural appeal. Oak floors were covered with vintage rugs, not only to reduce noise but also to add depth and warmth to the area. Curating the art for the space was a meticulous process. It was crucial to consider the scale and diversity of the pieces to compose a dynamic gallery wall. XK
