【日独若年幹部交流について】
９月２５日（月）～１０月１２日（木）の間、陸上自衛隊は独陸軍から３名の若手幹部を受入れ、日独若年幹部交流を初めて行いました。本交流は、独陸軍が世界各国の同盟国・同志国に若手幹部を派遣する事業であり、今回は陸上自衛隊において、富士学校、国際活動教育隊及び空挺団を研修しました。本交流を通じ、陸上自衛隊に対する理解を獲得するとともに、研修間の同世代隊員との意見交換や討議等を通じて相互理解を深め、将来にわたる日独陸軍種関係発展の礎を築きました。🇯🇵🇩🇪

“JPN-DEU Junior Officer Exchange Program”
JGSDF held the first JPN-DEU Junior Officer Exchange Program from 25 SEP to 12 OCT, inviting three German Army junior officers to Japan. In this program, German Army sends junior officers to allied and like-minded countries around the world. This time, JGSDF took them to JGSDF FUJI School, International Peace Cooperation Activities Training Unit, and the 1st Airborne Brigade. Through the program, they gained insight into JGSDF and deepened mutual understanding through opinion exchanges and discussion among officers in the same generation, which built a cornerstone of the long-lasting relationships of JPN-DEU land forces.🇯🇵🇩🇪
