Seaweed Leek Rolls

INGREDIENTS
2 Japanese leeks
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
A
2 tablespoons sake
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar
2 pinches salt
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
Dried seaweed (nori), as needed
Your favorite toppings
Olive oil, as needed
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Cut the leek into 6 equal parts.
2. Place the leek pieces (1) and all of the ingredients A in a heat-proof plate. Cover with a food wrap. Microwave for 3 minutes at 600W. Let cool. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Roll each leek piece with nori. Wrap all of the leek rolls with a food wrap. Rest them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
4. Slice (3) and add your favorite toppings on top. Pour some olive oil over.
5. Enjoy!
