OCEAN WARRIOR FOUNDATION 1 EXPEDITION, DAY 5
The day began with stunning Arctic scenery as the expedition encountered bearded seals in Woodfjord.
The journey continued to Liefdefjorden, where the group set out to visit the renowned Texas Bar, a remote outpost stocked with a wide variety of donated spirits. While a glacier hike was initially on the agenda, it was interrupted by an exciting polar bear sighting on the opposite mountainside.
After the bear encounter, the group returned to the Texas Bar to raise a toast to its history. The expedition continued, conducting scientific measurements and finding shelter in Bockfjorden due to worsening weather conditions.
It was an eventful day in the Arctic wilderness, where adventure and nature's surprises awaited at every turn.
