💈 After all this years making YouTube videos,
shootings, video commercials, coloring and cutting and styling any kind of hairstyle I can easily say I noticed couple of things that really made a big difference on my hair health, and consequentially on its brightness and scalp smoothness too.

I’ll make a list not for importance:

1 - Shampoo your hair just 2/3 times a week.
I’m my opinion the least you’re able to wash your hair with shampoo the better it is.
You’d say: “if I put clay and wax everyday that’s impossible” well If use the right healty products for styling like the @hair_bello ones I use that’s possible.

2 - let them breathe • I’ll say the obvious for someone here, but me that I’m forced to put a lot of products when I shoot movies or photos or magazines, often times with hairstylist that fo everything they have to make your hair look a certain way without really caring at the damages, I try to stay for a few days without products, with a clean scalp and maybe put a little bit of oil to give them strength.

3 - wear hats more. Well I always thought hats are not good for your hair, they don’t let them breathe your scalp suffers and so on.. that’s not really true, it’s a fashion item that suits many styles and if you don’t wear it EVERYDAY is definitely a big help to improve your hair health by keeping them clean.

4 - salty water. We’ll have you noticed how good the scalp and hair is when you’re on the beach, well salty waters does the magic, so next time you go to the beach and head home don’t rush in the shower, maybe wash the hair but with just water and leave some salt for a day on your scalp and hair you’ll see how good it gets.
