The first day of this special event bridging Tokyo and Milan.The stage was set for the first day of the event at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia@excelsiorhotelgallia, a member of the Luxury Collection as well as our hotel. For this occasion, our hotel's Executive chef, Ken Takahashi, and sushi head chef Tetsuya Yamada, presented a variety of Japanese dishes prepared with sincerity by the kitchen team led by Excelsior Hotel Gallia's executive chefs,Vincenzo and Antonio Lebano brothers. The beautiful terrace restaurant overlooking Milan's central railway station was a delight for the many guests who came to enjoy the event. We would like to thank all our guests for coming.
