So when it became clear to me that what Marlon was doing was new, fresh, novel (and in the truest, most original meanings of those words) and it was not only working, but utterly killing - I knew something special was taking place. How do you craft a set that’s both fall-out-of-your-seat hilarious while being heartbreakingly vulnerable and not only keep your audience engaged but completely enthralled?
