鉄板焼「みなみ」で「スイスホテル南海大阪20周年記念メニュー」を堪能。

活きた車海老、蝦夷鮑、帆立。
泉州アグリ産の秋野菜とお米（あきたこまち）。

メインの鉄板焼きは、香川県産 特選オリーブ牛のテンダーロインとサーロインの食べ比べ。

デザートはフランベの大きな炎の演出にうっとり。

開業20周年を記念したこちらの豪華なメニューは2023年10月30日までの期間限定です。

Join me for dinner at Minami Teppanyaki Restaurant as i try the Swissotel Nankai Osaka's 20th Anniversary course.

Live Tiger Prawns, Ezo Abalone and Scallops with Autumn Vegetables and Rice (Akita Komachi) from Senshu Agri Farm. The selection of tenderloin and sirloin Olive-Feed beef from Kagawa Prefecture was truly exceptional. The flambé dessert was such an enchanting ending.
