I spent years doing back squats EVEN when my back would be killing me the next few days, in the last year doing FP I have learned to activate my hamstrings and glutes more efficiently.
And I’ve been overall listening to what my body needs more of.

For me, my single leg work is done better on machine, because I don’t have to worry about balance and I really enjoy the leg press for that.

Doing hypertension I’ve found I get a fat booty pump and my shelf under my butt has grown because of this exercise. 🤲🏽🍑

The RDL on the cable machine takes out any back pain I might feel with the barbell or dumbbell RLD.
I just recently made these a staple in my routine and I’m feeling great with them, can engage my hamstrings way more.
