For those who haven’t watched the doc #TakeCareOfMaya on @ネットフリックス , Maya’s journey is not only heartbreaking but you know this trial has been a long time coming for Maya and her family. For those who haven’t please watch and follow the trial being televised now and send all support you can so this little girl can get justice. This hospital not only abused her while in their care but single handedly led the charge to having the state take her away from her parents and painted her mother as a villain which led to her mother’s suicide. The hospital and the state striped her of her dignity and the love of her mother. She is up against this institution who obviously is armed with powerful lawyers and a ruthless judge. If you happen to be in Sarasota, FL and can make it out to her trial, this is the one to go out and support. If you are a journalist, PLEASE cover this case, she needs all the help she can get to make the world pay attention and to receive justice. #JusticeForMaya I don’t usually do these kinds of posts but as a mother, as a good human and soul, I felt the need to support and be an advocate for Maya.
