🦐🥦🌶️ Broccoli & brussels salad w/ dates, almonds, & chili crunch shrimp- Oh myyy word. Recipe below!!
1. Chop a head of broccoli into fine pieces and combine with shaved brussel sprouts.
2. Add olive oil, salt, & garlic powder to your vegetable mix. Place on baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees.
3. Chop medjool dates and salted almonds- put aside.
4. In a pan, sauté peeled shrimp in olive oil, chili crunch, and the juice of half a lemon.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the following for the dressing…olive oil, lemon juice, chili crunch, and honey.
6. Once it is all is prepared, place everything in a salad bowl and top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
7. Enjoy!!
