After yearssss of working out on a strict regimen, I’m loving this part of my retirement where I’m just moving again just to move. My 30 min on the treadmill and 30 min in the Sauna has truly been a time where I can escape and focus on me. ❤️

We recently got a @sunlightensaunas and it’s the one thing I really wish I had while I was playing. My sleep is better and my body feels so fresh. Plus being able to watch Netflix inside the sauna makes the time go by soo much faster during your session. 🤣
