Achieving gender balance in management and ensuring pay equity and transparency globally - these are the commitments we made back in 2018 as the first pharmaceutical company to join the Equal Pay International Coalition (EPIC).

We’re proud of the progress we’ve made over the past five years, and we know we have more to do if we’re to achieve sustainable change. That’s why this International Equal Pay Day, we’re renewing our EPIC Pledge. We remain committed to maintain gender balance in management and continue to enhance our global pay equity and transparency processes.

Nothing worth doing is easy and we’ll continue to challenge ourselves and others to positively impact the #GenderPayGap.
