界 遠州では9月13日より、夕食の料理に合わせたティーペアリングをドリンクメニューに追加してご用意することになりました。会席料理の一皿ごとに最適なお茶が選ばれており、全部で7種類あります。

今回、ティーペアリングのお茶を選定するにあたり、静岡県内のお茶の特徴、味わいを熟知している和田長治商店の和田夏樹氏にご協力いただきました。

平野部から山間部まで、地域により味わいの違う静岡茶を取り揃えています。

In KAI Enshu, tea pairings are available where you can enjoy seven kinds of tea with your dinner starting September 13.
In selecting the tea pairings, we cooperated with Mr. Natsuki Wada of Wada Choji Store, who knows the characteristics and taste of tea in Shizuoka Prefecture.
Depending on the region, we have different flavors of Shizuoka tea from the plains to the mountains.
