Meet the small but mighty pygmy marmoset. One of the smallest primates in the world, this species weighs less than five ounces when fully mature. Pygmy marmosets are gumnivores, which means their diet consists of sap and gum from trees. Equipped with very sharp teeth, these monkeys will penetrate the wood then drain the sap from inside the tree, spending several hours feeding each day. Photo taken @lincolnchildrenszoo.
