【秋を感じて🍁】ひとくちパンプキンキューブ🎃Sweet Pumpkin Cube Bites

かぼちゃが美味しい季節がやってきた🎃
製氷機を使えって簡単に作レちゃうコロコロ可愛いキューブ型のスイートパンプキンはいかが？

■材料
(塗る用)卵黄　1個
黒ごま　適量
《スイートパンプキン》
かぼちゃ（正味量）　50g
卵黄　1個
砂糖　大さじ2
生クリーム　小さじ2
バニラオイル　少々

■作り方
1. ボールにスイートパンプキンの材料を全て入れ、混ぜ合わせる
2. ラップを敷いた製氷機に詰める
3. 冷凍庫で凍らす
4. クッキングシートを敷いた天板に取り出し、卵黄を塗り黒ごまを散らす
5. 220℃12分焼く

Ingredients:
(For brushing) 1 egg yolk
Black sesame seeds, as needed

Sweet Pumpkin:
Net weight of pumpkin: 50g
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons heavy cream
A little vanilla oil

Steps:
1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sweet pumpkin and mix well.
2. Fill an ice cube tray lined with plastic wrap with the mixture.
3. Freeze in the freezer.
4. Remove from the freezer and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
5. Bake at 220°C for 12 minutes.
