6 whole chicken thighs skin on
Bone in
1 cup chicken broth
1cup white wine
1 white onion
5 cloves garlic, chopped
bunch fresh thyme to taste
1 bag baby Dutch yellow potatoes
1 can pitted green olives drained
2 lemons

Pre heat oven 375
heat your Dutch oven on medium to high heat with olive oil, cook your white onion until it starts to brown deglaze with white wine add seasoned chicken, breasts, skin side down sear until golden brown and crispy flip chicken breasts over add potatoes, chicken broth, green olives, lemon and thyme bake in the oven at 375 for roughly 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes and chicken are cooked through. 🦋
