Weronika Bielikさんのインスタグラム写真 - (Weronika BielikInstagram)「I have a grateful heart today thinking about first few weeks of August, that brought some of my lowest lows and also filled my life with love from so many people around me. That set of pics is definitely not Instagram friendly (maybe first 2 match the vibe) but I wanted to share some other part of my life that I usually doesn’t show in social media. These pictures are not chronological but a little update on my life: 1,2) my first evening out after explant surgery, I was a little bit nervous going out to public but my friends made me feel really good 🙏 3) few hours after surgery when I heard that it actually took 3,5h to clean my body from raptured implants 4) the next day after taking off the bandage. I couldn’t stop myself from crying for a first hour. My breast do look much better now but tight bandage I had for a whole night made it look very bad. 5,6) going out for walks daily with my friends to park to heal and gain my energy back 🙏 feeding these ducks was a highlight of my day 7) I’ve been spoilt with gifts and I wish these were eternal flowers to keep them all 😂 8) a personalised pickle (that already lost a one eye) to keep me company at home 9) @kasia_kejsi taking me for a walk one day before my surgery because I had a panic attack and couldn’t stop crying for a whole day. She just came with her dog and @mikemikeymichael and calmed me down.🤍 Meg came day after with carrot cake that I couldn’t eat and took me with Michael to the hospital. I would be so lost without them all. 10) my younger sister (15 yo younger) staying with me for a whole week and taking care of the smallest things. Michael was coming up daily too 🙏 I said it already and I’ll repeat it again - relationships are the biggest wealth we have. Please, seek genuine connections with people that make you feel vulnerable and safe. Go as deep as you can with them 🤍 that was a huge step into becoming my authentic self. I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the warmth and love you all have given me this month. ❤️I feel so blessed and hopeful for what’s next to come!
