Raffy is a recycled yarn made from cotton waste, and its distinctive unevenness gives it a classical look. The comfort of 100% cotton and the plush, thick construction give this piece a simple yet unique look. At Jackman’s in-house factory, rolls of fabric are first unraveled and allowed to relax before being cut and sewn. This process reduces distortions and shrinkage caused by wear and washing. The sewing on the main body uses flat seams for a neat appearance. We have striven for ultimate comfort by minimizing the stress applied to the skin when worn. For the neckline, cuffs, and hem, a stiffer, yet lightweight drop-stitch rib knit was sewn with a triple needle stitch to prevent stretching due to washing and wearing.
