Thankful to be in a constant state of growth.. life will throw you curve balls but it’s all about how you handle it. You can choose to give up or rise above. If I can tell you anything, this past week has been some of the lowest points of my life and some of the highest. But I do know everything comes in waves. All I can say is surrender to it. Embrace change. Help those who are in need without hesitation. And always keep that head up. You have to also look after you because how can you be a vessel for others if you’re sinking yourself. This life is a rollercoaster that you can’t control. So ride it. Feel the emotions. Help those in need however you can and never lose your strength in the process. Hands up baby. Day by day. Step by step. We’re only going up. 🤍
