On the 3rd leg day of the week I tend to do lighter weight and higher reps but everything still slow and controlled.
I focus more on super sets and accessory work, since my muscles are usually still sore from the previous two leg days.
if you have not tried single leg RDL‘s with a rotation you are sleepin on it!!
I like to pair this exercise with a lightweight hip thrust to really burn out the lower part of my glutes where they meet my hamstring 🙌🏽🏆 booty lift!
