This one is a bit more fun than life changing, but I thought I’d share it anyway, as its caught my imagination. Plus here is my dad’s margarita recipe. I may be biased, but its may all time favourite. 😊 x Mary SERVES 2 INGREDIENTS 1 lime halved, for rubbing around the outside rim of the glass finely ground sea salt, for lightly salting the outside rim of the glass 2 shots of tequila 1 shot orange liqueur 1 shot triple sec juice of 1 orange juice of 3 limes Handful of ice cubes METHOD To salt the outside rims of the glasses, run the half-cut lime around the rim of each glass, then dab the outside of the glass rim into the sea salt (not the inside rim of glass as it will make your cocktail too salty when you take a sip). Mix the remaining ingredients (except the ice) in a cocktail shaker, adding the ice at the last minute, then shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds.
