Summer Peach Salad of my dreams 🍑🥗🧡 You guys have been asking NONSTOP for this recipe and here it is!! SO simple but I’m telling you, insanely delicious.

Summer Salad:
1. Chop up… a ripe peach, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, & pecans (or candied pecans)
2. Add to a bed of crisp lettuce (any kind of your choice!)
3. Crumble bits of goat cheese on top & drizzle dressing
4. Serve & enjoy!!

Salad Dressing:
-Spoonful of Dijon mustard
-Drizzle of olive oil
-Dollop of honey
-Juice of 1 lemon
