It was amazing to see the World Championships on the last night and honestly it made me sad that I wasn’t there competing but equally I felt excited and hungry for the season ahead. Personally, I’m so happy to say that I’ve had some great space the last few months. The conversations, the people, the vision, the clarity, the plan, the joy and the love feel like they’re all aligning and I’ve worked very hard on myself. As is life, we will still be tested, I encourage that challenge as it promotes growth and perspective.
