On July 9th, Mikala Jones passed away after a tragic surfing accident in the Mentawais. A long-celebrated Hawaiian pro surfer, Mikala moved to Indonesia to push the limits of tuberiding and reimagine how it could be photographed. Thank you Mikala for taking us along for the ride. We have a special tribute to Mikala now playing at the link in our bio. Please join us for a memorial paddle out at Huntington Pier Northside on July 28 at 9 am. Organizers ask that attendees bring their own flowers and leis. #mikalajones
