Summer WORKOUT

My usual training looks like this:

Warm-up run 1-2 km just to get warm (depends on how I feel it).

Then usually two rounds per set of different exercises, for example:

15-20 push-ups in various variations.
15 -20 crunches.
10 pull-ups.
10-20 jumps/landings on a bigger step.
1 minute of jump/runs in different variations.
5-10 upswings with 3-5 dips on top.
A bit of stretching in between and don't forget to drink water to stay hydrated.
I always feel free to add a practice or delete one if I don't feel it.
In my opinion, it should always be fun, so let’s gooo 💪🏻
