Here are some moments that made me happy recently that probably aren't insta perfect... but brought me a lot of joy nonetheless.. 🥹♥️

Quite often social media makes me feel bad.. just a quick scroll can make me feel like I'm not as beautiful as everyone else, or as thin or as successful.. Sometimes it feels like everyone on Instagram just has EVERYTHING figured out.. and even though I know that's not the case.. I get fooled by the filters, hoodwinked by the highlight reel and tricked by the thirst traps- and end up feeling like my life is in some way inferior to others... 🥹

So just in case anyone else was feeling similar, or the endless streams of perfection were getting you down... here is some normality for you. And more than that.. here is proof that life's best moments aren't always Instagram perfect.. sometimes they're messy, makeup free and chaotic- it doesn't stop them being special 😍

Consider this your weekend reminder to spend less time worrying about what other people are doing and what they're posting on social media and more time focusing on making really good memories- otherwise we're all going to end up a pretty sad generation with happy pictures. And no one wants that 🥹
