金沢にお店を構えて6年が経ちました。
そんな中で美しい景色や食材、匠の技など、素晴らしい日本文化に沢山出逢いました。
そんな魅力的な日本の文化と私が長く居るエンターテイメントを結びつけ、
世界中の方々に知っていただきたく @rice_entertainments を立ち上げました。
まず第一弾の企画として、
