6 reps (15 lbs)
8 reps (12 lbs)
10 reps (10 lbs)
12 reps (7.5 lbs)
Wide Bicep Curl
6 reps (25 lbs)
8 reps (20 lbs)
10 reps (15 lbs)
12 reps (10 lbs)
