This is my incredible #rescuecrew that came to help my Bestie since 2nd grade at Roaring Brook Elementary School @tonianncallwood in her time of need 🧹 Toni’s dynamic mother , Lula Callwood , suddenly died in her arms at age 91 last Christmas season and left Toni with the responsibility of 4 houses to manage, sort through, try to repair, sell, collect rent, etc… All of which is overwhelming for anyone! Where do you even begin? Particularly when Lula Callwood was famous in Camden for her avid collecting of antique chairs, china, artwork, clothing, tables, bureaus, lamps, sofas, sculptures and pretty much everything that was unique and beautiful. My first call was to @ctdesignlv who as a interior designer, event planner and master organizer, would have the plan of attack plus the perfect support we would need to tackle this mission. Christopher brought @cpoe0390 and @ajbell.dwg to SC , ordered dumpsters, bought weed whackers, laid tarps , swept collapsed ceilings , trimmed vines coming through windows, busted doors open and we spent 3 hot, sweaty and exhausting days moving everything in sight! We couldn’t even clean out any of the 3 out of 4 houses but organized enough to help Toni see the light at the end of the tunnel, leaving her with 2 dumpster full of trash and a Camden community ready to step in and take over where we left off. True friendship is being there when you don’t even have to ask. Thank you Christopher, Cody , AJ for your unrelenting hard work and true dedication …and Toni we love you and this is for Lula, Lula, Lula 🕊️🥂
