Here’s how to make Claudinola. Try to make some and you will never skip breakfast again.

The recipe:

- 500g oat flakes
- 100g pumpkin seeds
- 100g sunflower seeds
- 100g white sesame
- 100g buckwheat
- 200g chopped hazelnuts
- 200g chopped almonds
- 200g puffed rice
- 100g puffed quinoa
- 100g coconut oil
- 200g agave syrup
- 250g maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons powdered cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of flower of salt

Finish :

- 180g acacia honey
- 150g grated coconut
- 150g cranberries

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients, coconut oil, 2 syrups and cinnamon powder.
Combine the liquid and dry ingredients, mixing well.
Add the salt of flower. Bake for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes.

When the Claudinola is nicely coloured, sprinkle with grated coconut, cranberries, and melted honey.
