Right now this might seem like just another summer, but trust us: the Summer of 2023 won’t be anything like last summer on the East Coast. (Or the summer before that, or the summer before that.) La Niña’s finally out of the picture and El Niño is taking over as the climate driver. Add a boiling Atlantic basin and this could mean major implications for summertime surf.
