As part of an exploratory trip to Japan, the students visited our Ageo site to understand how a Japanese business operates, as well as to learn about potential cultural differences. This was a great opportunity for the students to better understand UD Trucks extensive history, brand, and innovative products. It was an action-packed day consisting of an Experience Center tour and a step-by-step walk through our production line. This day was organized and led by colleagues from our Purchasing department, which was fitting since many of the students are working as Buyer’s in parallel to their studies.
