It was really harder than any Spartan race I've ever participated in😇😇😇

I went back and forth to the ski resort in the rain...🥲☔️

I got into the quagmire up to my knees many times😵😵😵

Of course, the obstacles are also covered in mud and slip 😭😭😭

The Dunk wall in front of the goal is muddy and super cold🥶🥶🥶

ULTRA starts the 2lap after being forced icing on the Dunk wall, so it's cold and shivering🧊🐧🧊🐧🧊

It was really hard to achieve 50km cumulative 4000m in this environment⛰️⛰️⛰️

今まで参加したどのスパルタンレースよりも本当にキツかったです😇😇😇

雨のスキー場を行ったり来たり、、、

新潟BEASTの最初の登りをリアル10往復ぐらいした疲労感🫠🫠🫠←

しかも日本のトレイルみたいに整備されてないところも多くて
自然ありのままの姿って感じ🌳🪵🍃🌪️

膝上まで埋もれる泥沼に何度も入るし
みんなドロドロだから
もちろんオブスタも泥だらけでツルツル😭😭😭

ゴール間際にあるDunk wallはちゃんと泥水で超冷たくて🥶🥶🥶

ULTRAはDunk wallで強制アイシングされた後に2週目スタートという鳥肌パラダイス🐧🐤🐧🐤

この環境で50km累積4000mアップは本当に過去一タフでした😬😬😬
